DUES
If you own property in Surrey Downs 1, you have a legal obligation to pay your yearly HOA dues.
Letters notifying homeowners of yearly dues and the HOA meeting are sent out to all homeowners the early part of June.

2025 Dues are: $143.
JUNE 30th of each year is the deadline to pay your yearly HOA dues. Anyone who doesn't pay by that date can be assessed lates fees and/or have a lien put on their property. (pages 3-13)
